Booksellers can submit orders for Westburn books through the Nielsen Booknet service http://www.nielsenbooknet.co.uk/ .

Alternatively they can contact us directly at sales@westburn.co.uk for a quotation.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us at sales@westburn.co.uk to arrange any returns.  Please note that all returns must be accompanied by an authorized return note issued by Westburn Publishers Ltd.

The following conditions also apply:

All Returns must be accompanied by an authorized return note issued by Westburn Publishers Ltd.

Returns will be accepted no later than 12 months from original date of purchase

Returns will not be accepted until three months from date of invoice

Returns will be accepted as long as books are in print and in saleable condition. Stickered books are not considered saleable.

Full credit will be issued when original invoice number and date are provided

All return carriage costs to be borne by customer

Damaged goods should be reported within 7 days of receipt.

POSTAGE AND CUSTOMS

Please contact us for a quotation including postage charges, stating number of books and delivery address.

Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
