SUBSCRIPTION MODELS
INSTITUTIONS
Westburn Publishers Journals are available for Institutions in 3 subscription models for each journal. These are:
Print only / Online Only / Print plus Online
We also do a Package Deal of all three journals - for 2008 this offers a saving of 27% on the total cost of purchasing separate Institutional subscriptions to all three marketing journals (full online + print), and is equivalent to buying JMM+JCB or JMM+TMR and getting the third journal free.
Online access includes access to the available online backfile for the duration of the current subscription, and includes perpetual access to the subscribed volume whilst Westburn Publishers Ltd remains the publisher of the journal. Our full terms and conditions of access are available in our Terms and Conditions of Access Licence. Institutional subscribers to Westburn journals are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Access Licence.
Access is provided through IngentaConnect. Our journals are also available through other providers – SwetsWise, EBSCO Electronic Journals Service and MEOS.
PERSONAL SUBSCRIBERS
Personal subscriptions are available in 2 subscription models:
Personal print, including online access to the current volume only / Personal online only
Access if provided through IngentaConnect and personal subscribers will need to register at that site.

VAT
Subscription agents are responsible for collecting applicable taxes from their end clients. All prices exclude local and national sales taxes where applicable.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable on electronic products for customers resident in EU countries. Customers resident in EU countries outside the UK must provide their VAT registration number otherwise they will be charged VAT at 17.5%
PAYMENT DETAILS
Subscriptions are payable in advance.
Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Draft in British Pounds Sterling payable to Westburn Publishers Ltd or by credit card (Mastercard / Visa / American Express). IBAN details for bank transfers are available on request from sales@westburn.co.uk Please do not email credit/debit card details to us.
ORDER FORM
If you do not wish to use our online payment facility to purchase your subscription you can download a subscription form here and send it to us by post or fax with your payment details. Please do not email us credit/debit card details.
PUBLICATION DATES
All journals are published on a calendar year basis. Week one finishes on the first Sunday of the year.
For 2008, publication weeks are:
JMM: 8, 18, 28, 38, 48
JCB: 10, 23, 36, 49 (Note that for 2008 JCB will be increasing to 4 issues).
TMR: 10, 21, 32, 43
ELECTRONIC ACCESS
Subscription agents who wish to set up access for their own clients should contact us at sales@westburn.co.uk to arrange this.
DELIVERY METHOD
Hard copy subscriptions are sent out by UK 2nd class post. Overseas journal orders are sent by airmail. Journals are sent by Volume year, so any issues in the Volume which have already been published will be sent out first, followed by the remaining issues on publication.
CLAIMS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES OF ADDRESS
Claims should be made within 6 months of despatch date. Issues claimed after this period can be purchased at the single issue rate price, subject to availability.
No refunds on subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the journal for the subscription has been dispatched, or after the given period of online access has commenced.
All changes of address should be notified to the publisher at journals@westburn.co.uk including both old and new address.
SINGLE ISSUES AND BACKSETS
Westburn holds the current year plus the 2 previous years stock of all of our journals. All otther backstock can be purchased from www.periodicals.com
Single issues (print) can be purchased by dividing the institutional print only subscription rate by the frequency. You can order single issues and backstocks by printing out and returning the backstock order form.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank draft in Pounds Sterling made payable to Westburn Publishers Ltd, by credit/debit card, or by direct bank transfer. IBAN details for bank transfers are available on request. Please do not email credit/debit card details to us.
