reader service card (readers' inquiry card)
Definition:
A detachable pre-paid postcard, typically found in CONTROLLED CIRCULATION PUBLICATIONS, which the reader can return for more information on products and services featured in editorial, ADVERTISING or 'ADVERTORIALS'. Also called, colloquially, 'bingo cards'.
