plans board
Definition:
An ad hoc committee of senior representatives of the principal functions in an ADVERTISING AGENCY which meets during the planning phase of an ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN. Not all agencies use the term, but it is very likely that some such working group will meet for the purpose of campaign planning.
