National Consumer Council
Definition:
Official UK consumer agency located in London, with autonomous subsidiary agencies located in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Responsible for representing the interests of consumers in exchange relationships with all organizations, including business, state services, local authorities, and so on. Takes particular responsibility for the consumer disadvantaged by low income or any other way.
