Definition:
Commonly referred to as 'logo'. This is used on company packaging, the term given to the BRAND name/company name which visually identifies a particular product or service by its typography and design characteristics. Most companies take care to register their product logos to provide some protection against counterfeiting, in recognition of the value of the logo in the market place.
