limited function wholesaler

Definition:
A stock-holding wholesaler who provides only some wholesaling functions. Typical of these are the CASH AND CARRY WHOLESALER, the drop shipper (takes title of the goods, but does not handle or deliver) or the broker (brings buyers and sellers together).
