lexicographic model
Definition:
When faced with the problem of choosing one alternative from among many, this model makes use of a list of criteria by order of importance. If one alternative surpasses all others on the most important criterion then it is selected, otherwise the process continues to the next criterion. Used to select an alternative from a number of sites or suppliers.
