key success factors
Definition:
Sometimes referred to as critical success factors. These are factors which are essential to the organization's success. While they are necessary they are not always sufficient in the sense that once the key success factors are known it is likely that all the firms competing in the market will apply them with the result that they become the minimum necessary to attract the intending buyer's attention. To stand out one needs a JUST NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE.
