Definition:
The most recently established of the Joint Industry Committees described here. At the time of writing, little is known of its future activities beyond the fact that it has taken over the computer database formerly operated by the REGIONAL NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING BUREAU and will presumably also assume its marketing role on behalf of the regional press as an advertising medium.
