jobber
Definition:
A type of intermediary who performs a selling function between a supplier and other dealers. He may specialize in buying or finding buyers for surplus production or imports. One type - a rack jobber - specializes in providing a servicing function for non-food products sold on a consignment basis to supermarket operators.
