Delphi conferencing
Definition:
The use of COMPUTER CONFERENCING to conduct a Delphi forecast. The participants (experts) are polled for their opinion about future developments by means of a network of computer terminals. The inter-round analysis of forecasting data and its feedback to participants is part of a pre-programmed routine: this being so it is effectively conducted in real-time.
