bonus pack

Definition:
A promotion which offers extra quantity of the PRODUCT, typically between 12 and 33 per cent, at no extra cost. It can be an effective promotional tool, but products can often be copied by competitors. The danger with such a promotion is that CONSUMERS can quickly come to expect the extra quantity, and it therefore becomes the norm for the product.
