To view details of these articles, click on the "Articles Online" for the journal you are interested in. You can then use the browse or search functions on these pages. This will access the details and abstracts of all current articles which are hosted by IngentaConnect.

HOW DO I PURCHASE ARTICLES?
There are two ways to purchase articles through this site.
CURRENT ONLINE ARTICLES
Articles from these journals can be searched and bought online for immediate access. Access to all available online articles is provided through IngentaConnect. (www.ingentaconnect.com) Pages providing access to current articles may maintain the appearance of the Westburn site, however, all pages provided by IngentaConnect have "ingentaconnect.com" clearly identified within the address of the page.

If you experience any problems downloading an article from IngentaConnect, you should contact them directly.

INSTITUTIONS
Westburn Publishers Journals are available for Institutions in 3 subscription models. These are:
Print only / Online Only / Print plus Online
Institutional Online access includes access to the available online backfile for the duration of the current subscription, and includes perpetual access to the subscribed volume whilst Westburn Publishers Ltd remains the publisher of the journal. Print subscriptions include airmail delivery to subscribers outside the UK. Our full terms and conditions of access are available in our licence.
Please note that as of 2010 we are no longer offering our Marketing Journals Package Deal. All Journals must be purchased individually.
PERSONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Personal electronic subscriptions are to the current volume only. Personal print subscription include online access to the current volume.
Personal subscribers please note that if you require instant online access to your subscription we recommend that you purchase your subscription directly through IngentaConnect. Use of Ingenta Connect is subject to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
ACCESS

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR ACCESS?
INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIBERS

for instructions on how to set up your journal access. You will need to set up an account with IngentaConnect and then register your subscription(s) with them. We will then be contacted to activate your subscription.

CLAIMS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES OF ADDRESS
Claims should be made within 6 months of despatch date. Issues claimed after this period can be purchased at the single issue rate price, subject to availability.
No refunds on subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the journal for the subscription has been dispatched, or after the given period of online access has commenced.
All changes of address should be notified to the publisher at journals@westburn.co.uk including both old and new address.

HOW DOES THE PURCHASE PROCESS WORK?
Purchases made through Westburn Publishers website are processed by Netbanx. You will need to submit your cardholder name and address through our SSL secured page, which is also the address your products will be delivered to. If you wish products to be delivered to a different address please contact us at sales@westburn.co.uk
When you wish to complete your purchase from our site, you will be securely transferred to the payment processing facility which is provided by Netbanx. (www.netbanx.com) where your credit/debit card details will be processed on their secure site to complete your order.

DELIVERY
JOURNALS: If you have purchased a hard copy subscription, this will be sent out to you by UK 2nd class post. Overseas journal orders are sent by airmail. Journals are sent by Volume year, so any issues in the Volume which have already been published will be sent out first, followed by the remaining issues on publication. If you have purchased a subscription which includes electronic access to the journal, please see our EAccess pages for details of how to activate your electronic subscription.
BOOKS: Postage will not be charged on orders for delivery within the UK. Book orders will be despatched by standard mail. For orders from countries outside the UK, or for more than 5 copies, please contact us for a quotation, stating the number of books and whether you require airmail or surface mail delivery. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
VAT
Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable on electronic products as indicated for customers resident in EU countries. Customers resident in EU countries outside the UK must provide their VAT number otherwise they will be charged VAT at the standard rate. This is 15% until 31 December 2009 and 17.5% from 1 January 2010. VAT is calculated at the checkout based on VAT rate applicable, country of residence and VAT registration.

All journals are published on a calendar year basis. Week one finishes on the first Sunday of the year. For 2009, publication weeks are:
